1. Our first night we arrived to our room it was very late and the room was very hot and stuffy but we thought it was because the air hadn't been on but when we went to our room the next night same problem and we called the front desk and they were very apologetic and moved us immediately.

4. I guess at least it wasn't fresh, right?So we obviously called the front desk about the problems, in our 'lemon/salvage room', and they did fix the phone, and bring a refrigerator, and fix the safe.

5. There was a problem with my room, there were occasional loud vibrations coming from somewhere.

6. There were only 2 problems that prevented me from giving it a higher rating:1)The reception desk did not seem to be on top of it.
