1. When the negative reviews keep saying the same thing (dating back 3+ years), you'd think the hotel management might listen and try to address some of those things.

10. I had read some negative reviews earlier so I contacted the hotel directly and they assured me with 2 phone conversations that they opened last summer and have now worked out the original issues.
