6. It was easy, you just push the edge of it and it swings back around :) The only problem we had was the location since it's sort of in/by downtown Dallas.

7. The only problem was that I got billed for a couple of phone calls made directly from the room that I know we didn`t make because we all have cell phones.

8. Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the front desk staff were very friendly and helped with our taxi problem (Yellow cab never picked us up after 3 phone calls.

9. Upon my leaving I stopped by the front desk to ask that housekeeping clean my tub after maintenance was done with my drainage problem, since housekeeping will only clean my room 1 time during my week stay.
