1. We had to depend on the shuttle service from the hotel that messed up the reservations instead of the one they took us to.

2. Stay Away from them- not helpful at all really low class place in how they treat their customers- I know this isnt Ritz Carlton but common courtesy and respect to 2 people they truly put in a mess- and yes we had booked this reservation months ago.
