1. The problems were a strong chemical smell in the hallways and rooms perhaps from new carpets or paint and some service issues.

4. The other issue I had was the price to park ($22 + tax + valet tip) and breakfast at the restaurant ($17 for pretty average buffet).

7. The one issue I had is that theretail mall-type area that the hotel is connected to has shops that for the most part close at 6:00pm.
