1. We had a college party across the hall that we had to complain about constantly, and our other 'neighbors' were doing the same.

Our guests were incredibly kind and are not the complaining type, but we heard from guests (both during and following the weekend) that they had to change rooms (and even hotels) because of the extremely loud drilling above their rooms, lack of cleaning, and not receiving service after expressing their concerns.
