1. Not my problem if the hotel is completely booked - thought that was a good thing? Never heard back from them and would never return there again.

4. Good work desk with plenty of power outlets (lamp base and open wall outlets) with one problem - all of the outlets were so worn out that I had to keep fiddling with them to actually get power.

5. I would say that the room did not have a good flow but that understates the problem: its set up was such that no light could be reached from one side of the bed, there was no chair other than the desk chair, and the room was dark.

7. The offending occupant can and should be charged for this, which is SOP in many hotels and it's up to the house keeping staff to alert management to the problem.

9. The rooms are OK, not great, with really small bathrooms, but the biggest problem is the road noise from the freeway.
