1. Other reviewers have been spot on with their negative comments regarding the customer service provided, or should I say, not provided, at this particular hotel.

2. On the negative side, the wifi connection and room lighting (for working/reading) were terrible, room service never got anything 100% right (although they were prompt), and the stuffed chair barely fit between the bed and window, so there was no room for an end table or place to put your drink.

4. One thing I will say is the views from the balcony were awesome ~ the negative is that this room has limited storage for clothes.
