1. they kept the original tiles in both bathrooms and really probably should have replaced most of them or either gutted the bathrooms because they were in poor shape and the grout was not clean.

3. The Belmont is located in a poor, tough area which is rather evident upon arrival, but also from the number of police cars that we heard driving by with sirens blazing throughout the night.

5. There was no place to put my clothes away, food is overpriced and terrible (the poor bartender had to keep making excuses for everything) and the only person who tried anything nice was that bartender Jose, who really seems to be the only one who knows what he is doing.
