5. Also, to me it's not particularly kid friendly, for example when you enter the front door at night the bar is right in front of you, so lots of people drinking/loud noise as you encounter the stairs up to the 2nd floor where we were.

9. Anyway, our baby cried out in the middle of the night for approximately 30 seconds because of a lost pacifier and apparently this upset the next door guests and they proceeded to bang on the shared door really really loud, which in turn aggrivated our baby even more.
