7. When we pressed the issue knowing there were very likely rooms available due to a recent check the day before of the reservation site and the fact it was a weekend, and since most of our large group had not checked in yet, they finally moved us to a room overlooking the interior courtyard.

8. I have no idea what has gone wrong with their switchboard/front desk clerk but it is amazingly frustrating and even a safety issue, I would think.
