1. the fitness center was great and there is also a little store onsiteMy only slight complaint was the housekeeping - our floor was done very late in the day so we were usually back in the room before it was clean.

3. My only complaint that keeps me from giving it a 5 is that the bed was not that comfortable and the sheets felt like they were disposable and made of paper.
