hard
to find a place in Downtown Dallas that wouldn't required a minimum amount of less than 1500; I didn't have a big budget for my party so as a last resort I sent an email to the special events coordinator explaining the situation.

hard
to open and close and was so noisy we couldn't close it because if someone had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night it would have woken up everyone.

The beds were a bit
hard
and uncomfortable, the menu was overpriced, there was only one elevator working, the wireless didn't work well on top floor.
