1. The manager wouldn't agree to that unless he first confirmed the existence of a bedbug, and because the hotel exterminating company said that the bedbug was only as scab, we were never compensated for the treatment of our luggage.

2. I told him he was being deceived by his exterminating company, because scab remnants do not have legs that crawl away.

3. The manager refunded our money for the night's stay, but told me during a phone conversation a few days later that the hotel's exterminating company said that the bedbug in the bag was simply the remnants of a human's bloody scab and was not a bedbug.
