1. The coffee maker didn't work, the bell hops never showed to pick up our luggage, the maids were loud in the hallway, i had to ask them to be quiet at 8 am.

3. the plumbing/water rushing/something noise is SO LOUD that I can't even hear the TV without putting the volume on full blast.

4. The higher floors (executive levels) are plagued by very loud 'chillers' - thump thump, thump thump, thump thump, all day and all night - felt like I was in a sci-fi movie.

7. I slept with ear plugs so I can`t fairly assess the quietness of the hotel, but I can say that nothing was loud enough to penetrate the ear plugs during the night or early morning.
