2. My daughter had an outpatient surgery at a surgical center near the hotel, and my one complaint is that they did not have an available wheelchair.

3. Incidentally, I had 3 complaints when I last stayed at this Hilton and the manager wrote a nice note and fixed the 2 that were in his control.

4. My only complaints:-The button on the phone in my room labeled 'Front Desk' sent me to reservations instead, and the people who answered it seemed a bit put off by having to connect me to the front desk.

No complaints -- except the comforters are so thick that unless you put the room temp down to 50, you`re going to be too hot -- and yet if you take it off, you`re then too cold; couldn`t they just get a regular blanket or non-polar grade comforter? Anyway, whie not a Four Seasons, it`s WAY above an EconoLodge or anything like that.
