1. The only negative thing would be the irritability of one of the mature valets at the entrance of the hotel - no or small tipping means cranky attitude at times.

2. I also found it irritating that the shampoo was in glass bottles - the lid was hard to get off, I was a little disgusted at the thought of sharing a bottle which hundreds of other guests had used and I was afraid of dropping the bottle with slippery hands and having broken glass everywhere.
