2. Cracked glass in the side door-Oh yeah the bathtub was a mess-cracked and the finish had worn off.

3. Coming into our room with trash in the garbage can, lose hair in the sink, an un flushed toilet and a bed spread that was clearly messed up was the first impression we got.

5. My shower rarely had hot water, the 'free newspapers' consisted of about 2 USA Today's in the lobby which were always gone, the pool was a disgusting mess, the fifth floor was the non-smoking floor but because smoke rises it still smelled like an ashtray, the air conditioner was noisy.
