Followed by TV remotes not working at all, wake up calls that either were the wrong time or didn't happen, a cockroach in our room, no service when it came to getting an extra pillow or blanket, the hot tub was broke, the AC in the main part of the hotel was broke and a staff that didn't give a rip about any of it.

7. The closest elevator broke down (with people on it), was still out of service the next morning forcing us to go down the hall to another elevator (we were on the 5th floor).
