6. Very loud guest and very thin walls, have stayed here before and had same problem both times.

7. I stayed in this hotel 2 years ago with no issues, but on this trip, we experienced problems with room assignment, cleanliness of sheets, odor of smoking in nonsmoking rooms, maintenance, and cleanliness of the breakfast area.
