1. Being overcharged a hotel stay that already had a set price 8 months before was bad enough, but to have the desk clerk make matters worse by first ignoring us, then continually argued about the rate and refused to refund the money.

2. On checking out of the hotel found I was overcharged for our stay, tried to bring this to the desk clerks attention, immediatly she had an attitude with me and was very unprofessional stating that she could not do refunds and I would have to call later when there was manager there.
