2. There was no refrigerator or microwave in rooms, there was mold on ceiling in bathroom, major drainage problems in tub and sink, very thin walls-could hear everything in room next door until after midnight.

4. The only thing that bothered me, and maybe it was just the room I was in was the ceiling had water stains on it and needed paint, and there was a little bit of mold in a couple places on the wall paper near the ceiling, also a couple simular issues in the bathroom.
