2. the only reason i gave service a 3 out of 5 was b/c i had no real issues and didn't have to bother them for anything with the exception of asking the guy behind the counter for something with their address on it so i could pop it in the gps to find it after going around columbus.

3. The A/C fan on the room unit didn't bother any of us at all, but if you're a light sleeper, it could be an issue.

4. Due to the maintenance issues I am going to have to give this hotel an average rating.

5. The only thing that bothered me, and maybe it was just the room I was in was the ceiling had water stains on it and needed paint, and there was a little bit of mold in a couple places on the wall paper near the ceiling, also a couple simular issues in the bathroom.

7. While the hotel front desk was courteous and the beds very comfortable, I had several other minor issues:1) The bathtub backed up above my ankles every time I took a shower.
