1. The carpeting is filthy, with many stains of all colors & textures, the bedding any better, and crawling around to greet me after I used the in-room bathroom (the tub looked as if someone with dirty feet stamped their artwork all over place) was a roach-like bug.

2. Check-in & hospitality aside (both were solid), the place needed an overhaul aesthetically, and that would include some bug bombs.
