1. The manger implied that she would do something about the noise, but nothing ever happened and my family (which includes two children) lost many hours of sleep.

4. When I checked out the next morning (after a night of listening to semi traffic on 270), the front desk person gave the usual, 'How was your stay?' For some reason, I thought she was sincere so I told her about the lack of a welcome snack and the noise.

10. My best guess is that the atrium of the hotel makes all noises (voices, room doors closing, elevator doors) carry and echo.
