1. The hallways are definitely in need of attention - stained walls and carpeting held together with duct tape everywhere.

2. It is somewhat surprising that, despite going thru a major renovation, the hotel does not either replace the badly stained carpet in the hallway or at least make an attempt to clean the carpet.

3. The negatives were the RIDICULOUS $10 PER DAY PER DEVICE charge for wi-fi, the horribly stained carpeting throughout the hallways mentioned by other reviewers, the fact that many (if not all) of the rooms with 2 beds have double beds instead of queen-sized beds and the fact that the 2nd floor ice machine was out of order and the 1st floor ice machine, despite supposedly not being out of order, would not make any ice.

4. As I walked to my room I did find the carpet in the hallways stained, tattered in some areas and not very clean.
