4. I had a king room, which was clean, fresh, very well appointed and extremely quiet save for some highway traffic and railways nearby - not sounds that bother me but you might want to ask for a room not overlooking the highway if this is an issue for you.

5. I called up there and the lady was rude and said it takes time, and I said well we checked out a while ago and if there was an issue im assuming you would of called so there for I want my money back so I can pay my bills.
