1. My mother and I stayed here on a Saturday night and as far as loud parties or sketchy people lurking around we witnessed no such thing.

2. The plumbing has serious issues, every time you turn on the cold water it shakes the entire sink and a loud creaking emits that can be heard from the elevator (literally).
