2. The plumbing has serious issues, every time you turn on the cold water it shakes the entire sink and a loud creaking emits that can be heard from the elevator (literally).

3. My only "complaint" was that the walls are very thin so if you have loud neighbors and sleep light you might have some issues, but I have that problem at most hotels.
