1. Outside, common areas, hallways smelled pissy.

2. When I arrived the counter girl never said Hi or enjoy your stay, which is what I get from all the best hotels and when I went up to my room the first thing I noticed was the smell, it was like an old room that had not had any through cleaning in a while.

8. The location is perfect for visiting the rock hall and the staff were very friendly and personable, but the hotel itself was old and outdated, had a bad smell throughout, and there were hairs everywhere; in the bathroom, in the tub, in the bed, and on the floor.
