3. how can someone cancel their reservation in 24 hours if they made it the SAME day? If someone knows how that is possible please email me lol :) So again if you definetly going to stay there and are ok with all the other problems GO for it.

4. One major problem is that we have a dog so we needed a hotel that was dog friendly and could take us for an EARLY check in.

5. The few problems we encounter were fixed by the front desk, but the housekeeping was odd, one day the didnt change the trash, then they would clean the sink and tub but leave the water in them, forget to leave towels and soap.

6. We had a group staying there and nearly everyone had problems: magnetic cards not working, plumbing & electricalproblems, no clean towels in the rooms.
