5. I called the main number and they forwarded a complaint to the hotel which in turn sent me a letter that they felt their credit was sufficient.

6. my only complaint is that even though advertised to start at 6am the breakfast was not ready until after 6am, it was often 15 after or so which isn't good when you have to be at work and expect it ready at 6.
