1. He was a very rude person and pretty much laughed (or chuckled) at everything I had to say and then only gave my husband 1 free night in their nasty hotel because it took so long for him to answer the phone that he couldn't refund our money.

2. number five the other guests were rude to us and one of them even called us n**ers witch was ironic because I`m clearly irish american.
