1. We always attempt to take care of the guest issues regardless of the circumstances and that is the reason that we offered to pay all medical expenses plus refund the accommodation fee just to prove our hospitality gesture.

4. Some bathroom issues - mold in tub, very old shower head, large paint chip on door.
