1. That really needs to be relocated, so that a) non-smokers can also enjoy the area and b) guests don't have to pass through a cloud of smoke whenever they enter or exit the hotel.

2. The one thing that the management needs to address here is the clutch of smokers gathered around the entrance, where the hotel has provided seating in a shaded area.
