3. I would have probably rated all 5's, but while we stayed there the hotel was under renovations, where a few issues arised.

4. The hotel pool was small, but was almost always empty, so was not an issue, however, apparently the heater was broken, so the water was very cold.

5. Not sure if it was us doing something or an issue with the cards, but it was literally every time we left.
