1. * Date of stay October 2010 Management response from Lee Pan, Guest Relations Manager (Management representative) Oct 12, 2010 We are shock and surprised about this incident, as you can see from our hotel's TripAdvisor reviews history and all the on-line travel web site reviews, our hotel never had a report of bed bug incident in any of our rooms.
