1. only complaint was the parking lot, not quite large enough for the number of rooms, especially where some staying there had work vehicles.

2. My only complaint for this place is the lack of insulation in the floors,walls and doors, if you are a light sleeper you can hear people walking above you and people talking down the hallways.

3. 3 major complaints, though, indoor pool ice cold; 'hot' breakfast was horrific and not even WARM; loud train with tooting horn goes by at least twice every night, in the middle of the night.

4. I decided not to argue with them and filed a complaint with BBB immediatly but know that I would never stay there or recoomend this hotel to anyone as they showed no real concern for the incident.

8. If I have to make a complaint, it will be that the people staying upstairs (second floor) was too loud, and they were exercising daily at around 5 to 6 am.
