Aside from the AC
problem
s and the fact that the hotel obviously has no rooms they should actually charge for, the beds were very uncomfortable and the entire facility is in desperate need of renovation (or demolition).

There are several competent and friendly folks who work here, but the pervasive
problem
s at this property are the kind that result from bad management at the top end.

I waited 2 hours for a room to be prepared--it was a

that I had requested a King room (another guest was also waiting for a King room.
