1. We tried to tell corporate headquarters about the horrendous condition of the parking provided, and all we got was a letter that stated that they were not liable for criminal incidents in their parking lot and that there are signs stating that you 'have to park at your own risk'.

2. As my day became more horrendous, I finally called a cab and on the way to the South Park area (for locating a shopping mall) I redialed every hotel in the area and found this one could offer not only the 3 queen beds, but could also offer a king bed with a pull out couch for $129.
