1. came in town to stay at this night mare place got bite up on my chest inform general manager and stated it could of been a spider bite that was a disgrace to me and front desk staff told me it was reported that the room i was in always had bed bug problem GM not refund me nor offered to so i made a complaint with choice please do not stay there and to top it off the hotel is infested with fleas from dogs that stayes there on a regular basis.

2. Didn't notice damage until at airport, but hotel denied any other problems, unconcerned, as were the Charlotte police.

3. Each time this hotel slides more to the bottom of the scale, problem with rooms (items broken, missing, etc), is old, and dingy, lack luster service, less than average brealfast and noisy as near Interstate.
