2. the room was bad also cracks in the plaster and no smoke alarm at all the holder was there but no alarm and the ac/heater sucked and the walls were thin .

The good: - super clean hotel - super friendly service, very accomodating - super convenient airport shuttle - super large two-room suites for super cheap - two TV's (what is this world coming to?) - pool open until nice and late The bad: - small hole in one upholstered item - bed frame leg was bent out, presenting small hazard OVERALL, if we ever have a layover in Charlotte again, we will definitely return to this hotel.
