1. I did not complain to the front desk (who doubtlessly could have offered another and potentially urine free room) and I did not complete the corporate parent company/franchise operator corp's comment card to indicate my dissatisfaction.

2. My room was horrible,the refrigerator made loud sounds,the toilet ran all night and the staff refused to change my room after complaining.

3. I complained about the same problems each time, and each time got appologies but no improvements, so this hotel will not get any more chances.
