8. Then, in the end, the Hilton would not even honor the vouchers (we`re actually still in dispute about this, and have gone to HIlton Corporate, who issued the vouchers.

9. Minor issues with no wakeup call given first night and one of the cups in the bath not clean (lipstick still on cup), but when mentioned to staff they were very apologetic and immediately offered a comp breakfast for the next day.
