2. Overall not a bad hotel but the maintenance work was so shoddy it really overshadowed everything else that was positive and was certainly not something befitting of the Hilton brand.

3. On the bad side, the executive lounge was closed for unknown reasons, check in staff were young ladies who preferred multitasking such as speaking to each other or checking their mobiles while serving customers.

7. As I said, I`m still fighting with Hilton over the use of my vouchers - but even when the charge comes off my credit card (as I am confidant it will) I will still be left with a bad taste in my mouth about this hotel.
