2. The only downsides were that the toilet was not level on the floor (it would sink to one side when I sat down) and the ice machine on our floor was not working.

3. The only downside for the hotel was the air conditioning unit in our room - even with the fan on low, it wouldn`t stay on consistently, and every time it turned on, it sounded like a space shuttle taking off.
