2. My question is - how does the hotel staff really not know that this is a problem especially when the room smells like mildew? Obviously, this has been an issue in this room for a while.

3. We had a slight problem at check-in, we were given a handicap room that was not very clean.

4. The only problem I had with this hotel was that I called down to extend my stay & was told that it would be fine just to come down to get my new key card in the morning, however when I went down they informed me they were sold out .
