1. Spent 3 days at Concord by the malls and stayed at Country inn at Kannapolis it was in great conditions but traveled close to Airport tried to stay at Quality inn next to airport (terrible) and ended up traveling back to this hotel in University and found it in great conditions not as modern as Kannapolis but clean and beds are confortable , bathrooms in good condition.

2. If this is how the front desk and security handle a small problem then this is a terrible indication of how a real problem would be handled.
