1. The con's are that it is definitely dated, the shower curtain was ripped in two places, could easily hear hallway noise, the sofa bed was the most dated and uncomfortable thing that I had ever laid on, the mini fridge was more like a micro mini- it did not even have a small freezer compartment, and the woman that checked is in and out and was over the breakfast (yes somehow we ended up with the same older female every time) had a very negative attitude and always seemed to be angry, wouldn't smile, and appeared to not want to be there.
