1. The room controls were adequate and I could get the room at the right temperature, with a bit of noise, but not as bad as I found in some of the old heating and cooling systems in the hotels here in Charlotte.

3. noise kept us up all night, drug dealer approached us in parking lot, refrigerator was filthy with previous guest food, would not walk on that carpet with bare feet, absolutely filthy.
